We want you to love your RAINKISS rain poncho, but if it is not the perfect fit, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack the Item
Carefully fold your poncho and place it back into its matching storage pouch and original shipping box to ensure safe transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
